How our Extended Stay work

Follow these simple steps to reserve your accommodation at Ocean Island Inn:

Browse our room types and photos to find the right fit for your budget and needs. We offer both private rooms and shared dorms. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to stop in for a tour.
Complete the application form below to get started on reserving your accommodation.
Our team will contact you if your application is approved.
Your booking will be confirmed once we’ve received your signed terms and conditions (in person or via email) and your deposit of $475 for a private room or $200 for a dorm bed. For remote applications, we can provide a PayPal payment link. Please note PayPal adds a 3.75% processing fee. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Your full payment is due by 4:00 pm on the 1st of the month. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, except if all monthly rooms are rented at full price. In this case, only a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
Please also be advised that most of our guest rooms come with a shared bathroom. Linen is included and can be exchanged at the front desk for a clean set. There is a fully stocked guest kitchen in the building as well as a 24/7 reception. High speed internet is included and towels are provided for a deposit. There is an ample amount of storage lockers in the building for your belongings. Housekeeping services are available for a small fee.
Yes, rooms at Ocean Island Inn are fully furnished. Each room includes one or more beds, a fridge with freezer, a lamp, a fan, shelves, and linens (bed sheets, pillows, and a comforter). Depending on the room, additional amenities may include tables and chairs, lockers, closets, sinks, and cupboards. For more details, please refer to the specific room pages.
Sorry, no pets are allowed at Ocean Island Inn, but the Suites are pet friendly.
Free meals and drinks provided to nightly guests are not included in extended stay rates. However, you can purchase meals daily at the front desk ($7 for breakfast, $6 for dinner), or opt for an extended stay meal package: $90 for breakfast and $75 for dinner for two weeks.
The additional cost for a second person in a private room is $95 bi-weekly.
